There has been a bit of talk about the Carlisle Farmers Market on other boards in the area, but what are your thoughts?

Some say it is a historical issue and say it has more worth than the Car Shows... but I definitely see a greater economical impact from visitors to the Car Shows vs. the Farmers Market.

I guess I am of the mindset - if the business can't sustain itself - or if the owners find better value by selling... Who is to say it should remain running?

I know that each business I have run has a price where I walk away... and I know that if a business runs me into the poorhouse - that I need to cut my losses.  You can't run a business for the community - if the community (or government that rules the community) won't financially support the business.
