The Residences at Seven Gables is Carlisle's newest apartment community. We are under construction at this time, but we should be ready for our first residents at the beginning of October 2009. Our community features one- and two-bedroom luxury apartment homes. We have a convenient location right next door to Giant on South Spring Garden Street. Lincoln BP Management, Inc. is the management company for the community. We feature great amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness and business center, 24-hour emergency maintenance and lockout service, and many more. Each apartment home has a full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped modern kitchen, private patio/balcony, as well as open floor plans with spacious closets. Each building will have elevators to access the 2nd and 3rd floors. The apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors will feature 9-foot ceilings.
